Library

İzmir University of Economics students, academicians and administrative personnel, İzmir Chamber of Commerce members and personnel, founder foundation members and personnel, Union of Chamber and Commodity Exchanges members and personnel are the natural members of the library and they can benefit from the library by showing their institution ID cards. Besides the people counted above, the ones who want to use the library should pay an annual fee and take a Library User Card. The membership fee covers 1 year.
Only the members can borrow materials from the library. The members should show their library member card and İzmir University of Economics student identity cards (with photograph).

Membership Prosedure
The members from outside İzmir University of Economics can utilize all the services in the library. Library membership card must be used to utilize the library services.

Requirements to be a member:
ID Card; driving license or student ID
Address information; work address or school address is needed. (If one cannot give an address, letter or another document like a telephone bill will be enough)
Two photographs
Annual membership fee
Full Fare             60 TL
For students 45 TL

İzmir University of Economics Membership:
İzmir University of Economics personnel, students, and Board of Trustees Members are included in this group.

Books, periodicals, book with cassettes can be borrowed by using İzmir University of Economics student or personnel cards. For registration, no other document is needed except for student or personnel card.
Library membership card is needed to borrow DVD, music CD, audio cassettes, multimedia, CD-Rom, and videotapes. In order to be a member, one should refer to the library with two photographs. Library membership fee will be covered by the university.

The members should inform the library if their personal information changes. It is important for you to inform us about your e-mail address and contact information in order for us to reach you when necessary.
Renewing Membership Card

Please inform the library personnel as soon as possible when your membership card is lost. You may take your new card for 2,00TL

LOANING SERVICE
Only the members can borrow materials from the library. While borrowing a material, the members should show their library membership cards and İzmir University of Economics student ID cards (with photograph).
