Reference Service

Through this service, users seeking information are provided with prompt current information using materials both inside and outside the Library. Through this service, according to information needs, users are directed to information resources, trained in the use of information resources and information itself or information resources are provided to users.

Library orientation service is also performed in the reference service. Library orientation means introducing users library, library services and sources like databases.
