Read-Publish Agreements
Izmir University of Economics researchers will be able to publish in e-resources accessed under the Read & Publish agreement without paying the Article Processing Charge (APC).
The publishers that do not charge APC fees or provide APC discounts for publications in which you will take part as a responsible author within the agreements made and the agreement content are given below.

| Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Digital Library |
ACM Digital Library: Under the agreement, the authors will not be charged a publishing fee for articles in ACM Open journals and conference proceedings. There will be no limit on the number of articles to be published. During the subscription licensing, articles from ACM publications can be uploaded to institutional repositories (Corporate archive), if available. |
| Cambridge University Press (CUP) |
Cambridge Journals: In accordance with the special agreement made with ANKOS, the authors will not be charged article processing fee for articles in the Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals included in the Cambridge Journals database. There will be no limit on the number of articles to be published. |
| Oxford Journals Online |
Authors of universities that subscribed to the Oxford Journals Online (OJO) database in 2023 with the ANKOS consortium, will be able to publish open access without the Article Processing Fee – APC in Hybrid journals included in the journal collection. Open Access journals were excluded from the agreement due to their high costs. The "2023 Hybrid R&P Journal List" page of the consortium offer includes information on 343 journals within the scope of the agreement. |

Within the scope of the EKUAL (Project of National Academic License for Electronic Resources) carried out by TUBITAK ULAKBIM, the access agreement of Springer Nature's electronic journals has been transformed into the “Read & Publish” model to cover the period 2024-2026. As part of this agreement; in line with the criteria determined by EKUAL, there will be opportunity to publish open access articles in Springer Hybrid journals for the period 2024-2026. |

A "Read & Publish" agreement has been made with Wiley. "Research Article", "Review Article", "Data Article" and "Rapid Publication" type publications in Q1 and Q2 Group Wiley Hybrid and Wiley Gold Journals (except Hindawi) in Web of Science (WOS) will be within the scope of AE support. |
