Wiley Publishing Read & Publish agreement

Under the open access article publication agreement between TUBITAK ULAKBIM and Wiley Publishing, the article quota set for 2025 has been reached. Therefore, open access publication applications under this agreement will not be accepted for the remainder of the year.

Details regarding the TUBITAK -Wiley open access agreement for 2026 will be announced once ongoing negotiations have been completed.
