Oxford University Press (OUP) "Read and Publish" Agreement (2026–2028)
Dear Members of the University,
Within the scope of the EKUAL Project conducted by TUBITAK ULAKBIM, a new "Read & Publish" agreement has been signed with Oxford University Press (OUP) for the 2026–2028 period. This agreement supports both access to academic content and Open Access (OA) article publishing.
Institutions that are members of EKUAL under the agreement will be able to:
- provide access to Oxford Journals Online publications.
- benefit from the annual OA article publication quota in Hybrid and Open Access (Full Open Access) journals in Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection, in line with the criteria.
The quota distribution by year is as follows:
- For 2026: 400
- For 2027: 408
- For 2028: 416
